Hello ... I'm from Toronto, and I just started using my first smartphone, which I've had for about a month, the Samsung Galaxy Gio. I'm having a few issues that I'd like to resolve, but overall it seems to be a good phone. Once the phone shut off on it's own, which I understand is an issue with this model. It hasn't happened too often though. I'm also aware of the battery issues, so I try to shut off extra services, like Bluetooth or Wi-Fi when I'm not using it.

Hoping to learn more about my phone from the forums.
