Got my HTC Magic through Vodaphone in Australia. Shop assistant says it will take 3-4 weeks to send it off to be looked at. I’ve been trying to find a solution to avoid taking such a step. Doesn't seem to be much on the net at all concerning this problem yet... rare or just new phone model I guess.
