Started working on my setup with Nova last night. I like it. Went ahead and uninstalled ADW Launcher EX and am sticking with this for a bit. It does the ICS folders much better than ADW for sure. Also I really enjoy the scrolling dock that I used to use a lot on Launcher Pro+.
