Just because the sprint store rep is having the same problem doesn't mean that's normal behavior. I'm no expert on these things but it seems like it has to be either a signal issue or a network issue in your area, since this isn't happening to everyone that tells me it's not the phone - generally speaking. Or maybe it was THAT phone but it's definitely not all of them.
