GrooVe IP can only make calls through your Google Voice account, so using your Google Voice phone number. The only way to use your native phone number would be to port that to Google Voice, but at that point it would be like canceling your native service. I believe sprint is the only one that integrates with Google Voice completely so your Google Voice number can be the same as your native number.
