having a drink or 2 should be required before having to start a shift in retail.. its so hard dealing with complete morons (aka customers) sober!
Today for example:
Customer: "Is this the new S3?" (pointing at the Note)
Me: "No thats the galaxy Note"
C: "Oh so this is the note 3?"
Me: "No, this is the note 1, that is the S3" (points at S3)
C: "oh, where are the iphones?"
Me: ... fml
