Ugghhhh, I will HATE having to re-do the original saved game to keep them alive. Not sure I kept a save point before the suicide mission. I refuse to play ME3 till I have a perfectly completed ME2 save to transfer   |
Those missions will only pop up at certain points in the story though, once you've done pre-requisite missions.
