I've already checked with Amazon and some of those retailers...
Those GT7.7 models are imports.

I've also emailed Samsung and it said that Verizon is the ONLY "Official" seller of the data version of the GT7.7 in the USA.

Other websites have reviewed the GT7.7 and basically noted the same thing about where/how to purchase it... through Verizon.
