How to flash:
Go into Recovery and MAKE A NANDROID BACKUP.
Wipe Cache
Wipe Dalvik
Wipe System
*- If coming from ANY other ROM besides XenonHD, also wipe DATA *
Install XenonHD 07-29-12
Install Gapps Kejar 07-15-12
Fix Permissions
Reboot System and put the phone DOWN! The first boot-up takes a long time!
