Yes, I got the same message when i tried ordering this phone. I re-entering my info ten different times (I really wanted that phone). It turns out that each time i resubmitted my info, they were charging my card, but then immediately refunding the money. I don't know what the problem was, but the order never went through successfully. The next day I got a call from the fraud prevention unit for my credit card. They wanted to know if I authorized ten different purchases to the same company...later we realized they refunded the charge immediately after each botched purchase.

To sum up. No, your order did not go through. You will likely see a charge AND refund on your statement. I ended up buying my Xprt through ebay. I Love It! however there is a problem that users are reporting. Texting completely freezes up. Look it up with the following message:
SORRY!
Activity Text Messaging (in application Text Messaging) is not responding. Force Close Wait
