Personally, I still don't believe that there is any legal action we could take. However, complaining about the issue is still a great option. Hit up Twitter, Facebook, Google+, and all the little forums out there and just complain.
Verizon actually answers their status updates from angry customers pretty well on Facebook.
I'm going to try and call them tonight. This is a little ridiculous how what should be considered a top-tier phone is now being treated like the red-headed step-child...though I guess we should have known considering the guts of the phone are red.
