You're probably right, but we'd need to use other ICS phones to be sure.
Another thing that's missing are the advanced power management settings my last HTC (2.3.4) phone had. You used to be able to turn off wifi, sync, dim screen, etc once the battery level reached a certain point (30%, 20% etc).
At first I thought it was HTC but now I think it might be ICS vs. Gingerbread.
