Have you tried to remove that video then try again?
HD video shouldnt work on the Wildfire due to the low resolution of the device, and because its such a big file, your devices will pool more resources into running it, which might have caused the sd card problem.
After removing the video file, remove your sd card safely, then turn of your device and remove the battery, after a few mins replace the sd card first then battery and so on then turn on your device
