I have 3 iPhones on Sprint, 1500 shared minutes, unlimited data (but slow), and I pay $180 including taxes/fees.

Pros:
Cheap
Unlimited Data
Generous Employer Discounts (27% for me)

Cons:
Slow Data Speeds
