i smell corporate-double-talk-stink.

saying one thing.. doing another.. because they dont want to negively affect their and/or partner's stock/image



i was one that was very excited that HTC and Beats wear doing something together. Hoping for a good music option that beats the iphone..or at least makes them even with ipods.

then they took out the Beats headphones... then i read the software was just an equalizer with better settings for the phone's audio chip/driver.

so, i lost hope for this partnership to bring something valuable/tangible to the users.. not just marketing smoke and mirrors
