I have the 5GB a month plan that allows tethering.
They call it "Unlimited - Premium with Smartphone Mobile HotSpot Service"
We have one of the plans on this page:

We bought our phones and went with the value plan... saves us a few bucks.
It *IS* a contract plan.
They subsidize the discount by making you promise to stay... which I don't have a problem with.
going on 4 months later I have had -0 problems.
