The same thing happened to me. I got mine on thursday, and already last night the inner screen cracked. There's not a scratch on the outer screen and I've been very careful with it, I dropped it on the floor once but that was hours before I noticed anything on the screen, so I doubt that is the reason. It sucks paying that much for a phone to have it ruined two days later.
I'll ask around in local phone stores here, but it's likely that they'll laugh at me. The phone has not been launched in Norway yet and it's not like I can ship it to dr cell phone or either of those repair shops. I guess I'll just have to ask around, and maybe I'll build up the courage to ask HTC - I bought it through a site kind of like eBay which is Norwegian, the package was unopened and all, but that means I have no receipt and the warranty states that it goes for the original customer only, so I have a feeling they won't be very intent on helping me.
