I would get rid of both Advance Task Killer Pro and JuiceDefender Ultimate. You really don't need them with Android, and as you can see in the first one it is JuiceDefender that is killing your battery when it is being run. BatteryStats also clearly shows a lot of wakelock being caused by it. I would also get rid of the Hotmail app, I used to have that and it causes way too much wakelock unfortunately (although they may have improved it)- better off using the built in e-mail app.
Like mine you also have unusually high RILJ, although yours is even higher so possibly a rogue app doing something there.
I would leave data on- two reasons- not much point having a smart phone having it off! Secondly I think it causes some apps to misbehave as they're constantly trying to connect and can't.
With the new version of betterbatterystats it puts the app icon next to some things so it'll be easier to see what's going wrong. The partial wakelock info screen is normally the most helpful.
With light usage my battery lasts two days, one day with heavy usage.
