Ah, didn't see anyone commented on that photo.
I hit up the farmers market in WV and picked up a ton of tomatoes and corn. Put together a corn salad with both, and some green beans and scallions. I was great. Also a simple pomodoro sauce for pasta.
Anti, I absolutely hate those kind of stoves (with a passion)
. Only alternative to gas I can handle is induction burners, but even those are only good for pastry work since they don't use heat.
