The information is stored in an area that is currently inaccessible. If you go to an ICS leak that info is there and never leaves, even if you FXZ (back to GB). Once you go to ICS, the info is created and never removed.
So, that report of going to ICS, then FXZ back to GB and going to ICS again is correct - it will show at the very least 0/1 until it is rooted again (if the phone was ever rooted when on ICS) and 0/0 if the phone was never rooted while it was on ICS.
I meant for a phone that had never had ICS installed on it before - if you unroot / FXZ /never root prior to the first ICS install, it will be 0/0.
