I tend to agree, I've gone on the Verizon site a couple of times to do a side by side comparison against the GNex (which I've had since launch). I owned the first two Droids and was much happier with the build quality of those two devices compared to the GNex. Also, the Razr M's battery life should be much better than the GNex (even with the extended battery).

That being said, the locked bootloader and VZ bloatware is something that you cannot overlook.
