I am explaining each step that I performed without any success
1. I rooted my phone
2. With "clockworkmod" app I did partion of my 8 Gb SD Card into 2 halves(6&2)to be precise, thinking my device will show 2gb as internal memory Now that 2 gb space is shown as sd-ext2 on my device.
3. I tried to use that space by linking my app Dex and Lib files to that space but whenever I do so my internal memory space get reduce.
Can anyone tell me what's that space used for and how on earth I am not able to use that space.
You have to create 3 partitions on your SD Card, if you flashed CM7.2 or CM9.
1. Ist partition FAT32
2. 2nd Partition Ext2 or Ext3 or Ext4.
3. 3rd Partition Linux Swap.
It is recommended that you create or modify your partitions by using MiniTool Partition Wizard-Home Edition. So that your SD Card contents will not be erased.
