When ur in CWM, before flashing the ROM, goto "data/factory reset" then once thats done, go into "mounts and storage" and "format system", then flash the ROM.

lol its i just kind of assume that since OC rom automatically did that for you that so did this one. no hard feelings mate. i flashed and the it went through now no fc'ing now. its all good under the hood so far. ill report back anything i find. the one thing i know for sure though is that flashing the ics theme by kage does not work for this version xDD but thats outside of this rom
edit: scratch that theme does work, i had forgotten to mount system and data
