Just want anyone talking to this guy to be careful. I sent him money through PayPal this morning and he said he would take the offer since he needed money for textbooks. He then let's me know he can't access the money since he is a new user and that it will take 21 days and he needs the money for a wedding in 2 weeks. Seems strange how he's suddenly getting married...I also got excuses that he needs the money for rent, bills, insurance, etc. I did get a refund but he also told me he has a buyer willing to pay for the phone as "payment owed" so he can get the money faster and also so the buyer is not protected. I have the list of pm's that I can post up.
