Stepping up their game or fooling the customer? Most choose Boost for no contract and price. If you buy and sell your phone for the next exciting phone that comes out but lose $200 to $300 a year selling and buying a new phone are you really saving?

Example you bought the ZTE Warp for $200, and sell it for $100(maybe). Loss of $100
Buy the SII for $380. Loss of $380
In less then a year you lost $480 since November 2011.
And possibly in a year or less you may want to upgrade again for x amount of dollars.
So, since November 2011 and within 2 years you spent $480/tax and more because you are upgrading again.
You might as well add $480+/$20 a month over the course of 2 years because you upgraded and sold phones over 2 years and lost money.
