Follow up in Verizon store
Just got back from Verizon store that I wrote about a short while ago...clerk said they'd never heard of the call voice issue (all of a sudden sounding underwater, garbly). They went and called tech support and let us talk to them and, lo and behold, he had never heard of this issue with this phone. REALLY???? For now, anytime a call goes sour, dial in ### to make a record of it and after several entries they may be able to zero in on the problem. I cannot believe after reading the problems some of us have had that Verizon tech support says they are not aware of an issue with the Spectrum and voice quality suddenly going bad. Hmmmmm....
