Im assuming you havent extracted it from .rar,(do not extract .tar file within the .rar) if so go here
WinRAR archiver, a powerful tool to process RAR and ZIP files download that program and extract the i7500xxih7.rar and then follow kam187 instructions again, if you need more help please be more specific
