oh yeah I ALSO HAVE THE WALMART VERSION, i bought it like 3 days ago fresh from the BOX is GINGERBREAD. but i upgraded it to ICS via SAMSUNG KIES, there is no OTA right now it's going to say NO FIRMWARE if u try to upgrade it like that. you have to upgrade via computer hope this helps
