You can upgrade the feature phone to a smartphone, but you will have to
pay full price (or buy a used phone on eBay or Craigslist) to keep the unlimited data on the primary line. Also, the new smartphone will have a choice of
three data plans. I'm not sure about switching the phones between lines.
