Default 4g in Tallahassee, FL

The signal is poor, and I can usually only pick it up for a few seconds (took me quite a few tries to get the screen shot) but there is definitely 4g in Tallahassee! Next time I get it I will try to run a speed test to see what that looks like. Oh, and if anybody cares I was near 7th Ave and Monroe when I picked the signal up.

p.s. Yes I blurred out my I.p. address, so what, I'm overly cautious.

I live on Park Ave in Tallahassee, and I am on Spring with the Epic, and there is no 4G whatsoever in any area of Tallahassee, for sprint users. One of the forums I was reading said we probably wouldn't get it until mid to late 2012.

By 4G, I think he means LTE. If you have a WiMAX device, and currently do not have "4G" - you will not be receiving it.

However, if you are curious about what locations have what.. check out www.sensorly.com

Actually back in January 2011 they probably were talking about wimax... December 2011 could have been either I suppose.

Old thread.
