Purchased an Onda Vi30 Tablet direct from Onda
I did placed the order on the 28 June 2012
I received the tablet on the 16 July
but after a few days to turn it on I have have to reset it
I emailed them reported my concerns and was asked to send the tablet back, which I did on the 10 August.
They have recieved the tablet back and aslo have agreed to refund it back via Paypal as I emailed with my problems within 7 days.
Have they refunded, NO
Are they responding to emails, NO
So basically they have my money, my tablet
What I have is nothing
Basically, if you buy a tablet, buy from retailer in your country so at least you can some backup.
If Onda monitor this forum then Jason and Bella should be dealing with this.
