I work in datacenters with lots of air movement and noise, people cannot hear me on a desk phone or on my Droid Maxx. The only way to talk with people is on the Voyager, the noise cancellation is super.
Outside of work...
Motorola H780 that was nice and small but after using it for some time people complained I was sound quiet. Switched to M155, no problems.
Plantronics M155, it works well and has voice recog stuff I've never bothered to mess with. Speaks how much talk time available on boot, nice.
Sony BT50, great headphones that will also take a phone call. Not too great in a noisy environment, and since they are nice headphones that block outside sound you can't hear yourself talk, which can be confusing.
