well i have returned my 64gb card and now have a 32gb sdhc card, this now works fine straight out the box.
oddly enough both the american and uk samsung site both say the unit only supports up to 32gb as well which is odd seems most of the review sites show it as 64gb, maybe samsung changed their minds about the capacity once they realised a lot of people would have issues with 64gb cards.
