Hi Hadron have tried this and get:
ERROR [190]: ROM IS NOT UPDATED
Your ROM version is not the latest version.
Please upgrade to 2.29.405.14 to apply this RUU to be able to unlock your bootloader.
Then it gives some instructions about doing stuff on the phone and then running the RUU again.
