T-mobile will own metro in the same way sprint owns boost and virgin. we share spectrum and we get their phones. they run contract while we run non contract. the only thing that disappears is CDMA and metro position as a independent company.
Actually Boost gets their own phones. They don't have access to Sprint phones, only their antennas.
