There are people working on unlocking the GSM part of it to use on Straight Talk, AT&T etc. But I have Boost damnit! lol
The only GMS ( sim card )that BOOST has is the IDEN which has walkie talkie capability, but anyways let me tell you this, at my store we were selling the evo from sprint flash to boost mobile and we customer had experience internet issues and reception as well, my customers brought me back those phone and purchase regular boost mobile phones, so we decided no more flashes, and the area where we are 3g is really good, we have done Samsung galaxy from Verizon, HTC hero, evo 3D and same problem with all, bottom line is just upgrade for a boost mobile handset in case that you don't like your actual phone, oh yes I forgot to tell you, the version that you have its a world edition phone, (its navy blue if not mistaken) that means that is a gsm phone that would work on the verizon GSM global network in case that you are in other country, if you unlock that phone it wont work on North america only in Europe, Im telling you this because I unlock one for a customer and try to use it on t-mobile network and ATT and didnt work,
