Please make sure that you know that etotalk is a company of crappy beggars.
After the SIM1 problem didn't get resolved, I sent the phone back after their salesman told me that I will get a full refund via paypal (his name was king).
So I sent the phone back at MY COSTS and after it arrived there they told me that I will not get any refund at all. In their lab the phone works and the only possibility I have is to choose another phone. After (not lying) over 10 attempts of telling them that I need a DSDA phone and the U960 doesnm't work in germany on some service providers they STILL don't understand me.
They are a huge bunch of profit-orientated bas***ds.
Here in Germany such a seller would be sued so much and hard that he would never mess up with his customers again.
So my question to you all: Do somebody needs a brand new ZTE U960 or another phone from etotalk?
I would tell them that they have to ship it directly to you.
Payments would be made via Paypal and I would offer a 10% discount on what you would buy there.
Please help me, I lost alot of money and credit loans on this damn phone which is useless for me.
