Samsung customer service is a joke specially if you call from UK then you get connected to Cairo in Egypt. Those people don't know anything. They put you on hold as soon as you asked question. Then take a ***an/toilet break few 5 to 10 minutes. Then try. to bluff. You say that is not the answer they get angry and tell us that their answer correct. If you say anything they put you on hold and take another break for 5 to 10 minutes or they disconnect th call.
