As with almost all Tech. support it's just hit and miss with Samsung Tech. support, if you get a good Tech. support person who wants to help you your lucky. I have called Samsung from the USA and they have tried to give me correct answers, but many times they just did not know the correct answer. And what I did get from them was wrong.
