I just put all the MP3s in a directory called "songs" on the phone's SD-card. With sub-directories for different artists and albums. Basically the same way I've always done it, ever since I got my first Diamond Rio MP3 12 years ago.
I'm not trying to do anything complicated or elaborate, like syncing them with Google Music or Amazon Music or whatever. Because those are not available (US only I believe). In fact most people I know usually just drag'n'drop or copy and paste their MP3s onto their PMPs, phones, etc. using Windows explorer. The only exception is probably Apple iTunes and iOS devices users, who have no choice.
