Bit of a kitchen spree this evening. I had about seven pounds of chicken breast and ten of ground beef that needed attention (caught a decent price, stocked up
). Four meatloaves, eight 1/4 lb. hamburger patties, and eight chicken breast halves are now freezing, four pounds of ground beef are browning for freezing and later recipe use.
Feeling quite organized right now
, and loving that upright freezer.
