It's about the fact that corporate employees are giving dates. Dealers to the side, corporate employees are direct representatives of the company. So when I go into a corporate store and am told a specific date, I PLAN to have my money ready on that date. I have heard dates from corporate stores as well as customer service phone reps and if MetroPCS is coaching their staff to create false hope and smoke and mirrors, THAT IS BAD BUSINESS and the kind of practices that frustrate your customer base. If employees are giving out dates without permission, they should be dealt with. That obviously isn't happening because I know I'm not the only person who has been given these dates and it even happened to me twice by 2 forms of the service. This is what infuriates me, not a website photo slide. And even if going by the slide, as a billion dollar company a date should have been set ages ago before the site even made mention of the phone. That's the part that is unprofessional and VERY different from the practice of the carriers that are FAR ahead of MetroPCS in the market.
Bad business because they have not gave a specific date? Really? Samsung is the one first off that told metro they need to carry the phone so it's safe to say that Samsung would be the one that decides the time frame it can be released. Besides, if you are so mad because you actually believe what these morons that work at metro pcs are telling you, then leave. Walk away and go buy the s3 from tmobile or Ebay and go somewhere else. It's that simple. Cause whining about metro employees sucking, which is totally unheard of by the way, is only "infuriating" one person and that's you. Stress is a killer so I'll keep you in my thoughts that you find peace cause if you get this "infuriated" over a phone and a release date and garbage employees, then i would hate to see what your anger looks like when it comes to real world and life issues. I hope you get better and if you need someone to talk to, don't hesitate.
For everyone else.
I just don't understand the point in getting mad cause a specific date hasn't been given. What if they came out and said the phone is coming out the 31st? Well, nothing changes.,lol. Your not going to get it any quicker. Your still gonna go to the store and get just like if the announced the release date the same day it comes out.
If they posted up right now that the phone is available, are you still
Going to bitch? No. Your going to lose your mind in excitement and run to the closest metro sore to buy it. Then you're going to play with it all day and not even think twice about being "mad" cause they didnt give a specific date for y'all to plan your seemingly busy lives around. Your going to praise metro for being an amazing company that just released the current top phone and brag to all your friends that are on contracts. I mean seriously, little kids get mad about stuff like this, although I'm beginning to think twice on what's on the other side of some of these user names.
So everyone needs to quit crying like little girls that didn't get a Barbie for Christmas, and go back to being a productive member of society instead of clicking refresh on the metro site.
I hope the Myans were right. (
