The Beatles sued Apple Computers around 1978, wayyyy before iTunes was born. But itunes did play a part of being sued further since it involved music.

Did Android copy Apple, let's see.

iPhone just now coming with a large screen.
iPad just now coming with a smaller screen.
iphones & ipads just now getting 4G/LTE

So who's copying who???
