I had the same problem on my Galaxy s2............dl'd Wallpaper Wizardrii https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.twistedapps.wallpaperwizardrii&feat ure=search_result#?t=W10. .
just choose the default folder you want to get walls from and set using the "scale" option.
