That really sucks that you have to pay $100 when it was the ICS update that messed up your phone, and that makes it SPRINTS fault! If you rolled it back to Gingerbread the problems would most likely go away, like they have for other people that I've read about. Sprint can do that for you at a corporate store, and if they refuse you can do it yourself with a little help from the forums. I would much rather do that then pay $100.
Will they send you a phone with Gingerbread or ICS?
