Hello and Welcome to Android Forums, infrasonic.

That kinda says it all. Until you decide what you want to do, then it's almost impossible to recommend anything. That said, people find a file manager app helpful if your phone didn't come with one. Astro or ES File Explorer are commonly used. Angry Birds is probably on everyone's phone at some point, too
