I found a recipe that is really easy, just get some aluminum foil, slather each rack with your favorite sauce, and wrap tightly in foil and let marinate overnight. Then pop in the oven for a couple hours on low heat. Finally, throw them on the grill to finish them, basting a little more sauce on them. It's doesn't beat smoking them, but still turns out pretty good.
