Just bought the zte warp for my dad. Seems to be doing the same thing. He's only had it for three weeks and all of a sudden when it goes to sleep it dies. You have to remove battery and restart. I've had mine for months and never had a problem. Tried factory reset to no avail. Good luck trying to get a living person to help when calling boost. Can someone assist me in fixing this problem?
