I have tried to contact
meer.sheh@digimate.com directly and through this forum, I received 1 email back advising that the file I sent with the documents could not be opened, resent this straight away and have heard nothing back. DGM are an absolute joke, tempted to send the item back for a refund and pay twice as much for another tablet.
Come on DGM, get your act together.
