Funny that, GiffGaff is owned by Telefonica, the same company that owns O2.
If you're not bothered about minutes, I'd go to Three's
£6.90/ month plan and add the unlimited data add on, this is £3/ month. You then have £9.90/ month for 200 minutes, 5000 texts and unlimited data.
Three uses EE's 2G infrastructure and shares a lot of EE's 3G network (I think all of it except DC-HSPA)
O2 has the least 3G coverage in the country (GiffGaff uses O2)
